Technical Service Advisor required in Southampton - Marine Industry - Leisure Yachting, Motor Boats

Position: Technical Service Advisor
Location: Southampton
Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm with some flexibility required to suit business needs, e.g. occasional weekend assistance for Boat Shows

We’re searching for a dedicated and customer orientated Technical Advisor to join our clients aftercare department in Southampton. If you possess a passion for providing exceptional service, local expertise and a love for the yachting world, we want to hear from you!

The Role:

This would be the ultimate role for someone who fully understands boat repairs and can confidently execute advice to clients and internal departments of what is required. To chase the progress of completion and lease this with the clients. Delivering exceptional customer service with a full focus on customer satisfaction. 

The Requirements:

To be available for all technical enquiries and support the concierges;
Provide estimates according to policy schedules, time and pricing;
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business;
A self-starter, with tenacity to make things happen and determination to reach targets;
Proven experience in the marine industry.
